We'd like to say the secret to our wings is a top guarded secret. Truth be told, anyone in the area of The South Park mid-afternoon is on to us. We smoke our wings (slow and low) to get them so, so fall off the bone tender. Once smoked we fry our chicken wings to order and coat those bad little guys in the sauce of your choosing.
We spend hours preparing our chicken wings — most "wing joints" spend about 10 minutes preparing their wings.
